Gartmore was an independent fund manager. Due to the high volume, tight deadlines and frequency of their campaigns they selected our managed service. Gartmore sent out regular mailings and we are perfectly placed to respond to tight deadlines.
The challenge
To create a system that would allow Gartmore to deliver highly personalised emails with individual sign offs from various Gartmore personnel.
The response
We used the dynamic content tool to pull in content and email signatures. This means that with one email send, we could personalise the email with the recipient’s name and personal details, their choice of fund (determined via a web sign up form),the sign off and contact details of their dedicated sales contact at Gartmore. This individual approach has increased Gartmore’s response rate to over 5 times the industry average.
We undertake a regular competitor review for discussion which helps keep the creative, the content and the tone of voice of their communications ahead of the competitor set.
